OFC Aviation Fuel Services S.A. is the Data Controller.
We collect the personal data that you provide to us, when you decide to contact us through the electronic form in our Company’s Website (hereinafter “Contact Data” or “Data”).
Contact Data consist of name, e-mail address and telephone number, as indicated and filled in in the abovementioned contact form.
The purpose of processing Contact Data is exclusively in order to respond to the issue forwarded to us by filing out the electronic form.
Contact Data in retained by the Company for as long as it is necessary in order to fulfil the purpose above, i.e. as long as it is strictly necessary to respond to the issue you are communicating to us through the online contact form.
Access to Contact Data is available to the following persons: a) Operations Manager and b) Company Secretary.
In order to respond to your request, the above persons may think it is required for more persons within the Company to have access to Contact Data, in which case they will disclose it to such more persons who need to have access to the Contact Data, as deemed necessary.
Particularly for the event that you express an interest to work with us and send us your CV, the HR Department will be informed accordingly and your Contact Data will be kept for 12. months.
