Established in 1997, OFC Aviation Fuel Services S.A. (OFC) has been awarded by Athens International Airport (AIA) in 1998 for a B.O.T project related to the design, financing, construction, operations of the receiving, storage and distribution via Hydrant Refueling System of the aviation fuel facilities at the Athens Airport.
Since its establishment, OFC extended its area of operations by providing Aviation Fuel related Consultancy Services, namely Design and Optimization of Airport Fuelling Facilities, Development of Tender Documents for B.O.T projects, development of Fuelling Concession Agreements in Airports, ensuring open access, transparent and competitive environment, JIG type of inspections at facilities in entire fuel supply chain (from refinery, to aircraft wing), training in all aspects of aviation fuelling, etc .
As a result of OFC’s expertise and sustainable performance, the Industry is showing its appreciation to it, by inviting OFC in all major Aviation Fuel Technical Forums, held by JIG, IATA and Energy Institute (EI), where OFC is participating in the decision-making process for the revision and enhancement of the Industry Standards, presenting topics to the Forums, participating in JIG Committees, etc. On top of that, OFC has been the 2nd globally approved training facility for the IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) since 2006 and the 1st global training center of JIG, back in 2010.

LPC S.A., a member of the Motor Oil Group, was founded in 1981 and has shaped the history of lubricants’ industry in Greece. In particular, LPC is the major exporter of packaged lubricants in Greece with exports to more than 55 countries, while it operates a strong market presence through its subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Romania and Serbia.
LPC’s production facilities are located in Aspropyrgos in Attica region, and include three distinct factories in operation: a Re-refinery, a Blending & Packaging unit for lubricants, and a completely new state of the art Grease production unit.
Over its 40+ years history, LPC is constantly evolving. LPC has developed and places in the market over 200 different types of lubricants for shipping, automotive, aviation and all kinds of industrial use. The Base Oils and Final Lubricants produced are approved by international organizations, adhere to the highest standards and cover all lubrication uses. LPC products are registered in accordance with the REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006).
- The Birth of OFC Technical S.A.
Both above companies belong to Motor Oil Hellas Group. Based on their rich background, it was decided to establish OFC Technical joining their forces in January 2021, in order to provide dedicated Consultancy services to companies involved in the Aviation Fuels and other petroleum products as well as in a broad range of the Energy Sector such as Lubricants, Power Generation, Waste treatment and others.
