OFC Technical has been established as a consortium of OFC Aviation Fuel Services S.A. and LPC S.A., both being members of the MOTOR OIL HELLAS (MOH) Group.
Our primary objective is to deliver superior Services in the realm of Aviation Fuelling & other petroleum products, but also in other areas of the MOH Group, such as Lubricants’ production, Power Generation and Waste Treatment.
OFC Technical places great emphasis in understanding the customers’ objectives, so to meet and exceed its customers’ expectations by providing solutions through all stages of the project - from tendering throughout design, construction, commissioning and operations.
Our Team consists of a group of professionals in Engineering, Finance, Operations and Legal areas with extensive experience and expertise that cover all fields of the above Services.
Our holding Group, Motor Oil HELLAS S.A. was founded in 1970 and the refinery commenced operations in 1972. The company plays a leading role in the sectors of crude oil refining and marketing of petroleum products in Greece, as well as the greater eastern Mediterranean region, supplying its customers with a wide range of high-quality products. Since 2001 the Company shares have been listed on the Athens Exchange.
Our major Shareholder, OFC Aviation Fuel Services S.A., has been awarded by the Athens International Airport (AIA) Company for the design, financing, construction operations of the receiving, storage and distribution via Hydrant Refueling System of aviation fuel facilities. It while providing comprehensive services including among others, Facility Design & Review, Construction supervision, Contract management, Inspections &Trainings.
With more than 25+ years of experience in the aviation fuel supply chain, OFC is operating a state-of-the-art airport fuelling system in the European continent and based on Joint Inspection Group (JIG) records is the only company worldwide that receives every year without interruption, from 2008 up to today, the highest distinction by JIG), namely Certificates of Excellence and Sustained Performance Awards (SPA)
Moreover, OFC Aviation Fuel Services S.A, has been very active in providing continuous support to JIG and the Standards which resulted in handing over an exceptional recognition during JIG Members Technical Forum held in Abu Dhabi in April 2018.

Last but not least, OFC is also supporting EI in the development of new or updated publications related to aviation fuelling or the development of training videos.

LPC S.A., a member of the Motor Oil Group, was founded in 1981 and is operating in the fields of re-refining of Used Lube Oils, in the industrial production and marketing of Base Oils, in the production and marketing of packaged lubricants and greases, as well as in the marketing of paraffin and other petroleum products.
The company is charting an ever-increasing and dynamic course in Greece, Europe, Asia and in many other markets around the world!
LPC facilities located in Aspropyrgos of Attica region in Greece, include three distinct factories in operation
- The LPC re-refinery
- The Blending and Packaging unit for lubricants
- The New fully automated grease production unit
