Design, financing, construction, and operation of the Hydrant Refuelling System (HRS) and fuel farm under a long-term concession agreement.

• Construction and operation of a hydrant refuelling system comprising 124 fuel pits and a fuel depot, connected to the local refinery through a 53-km dedicated Jet A-1 pipeline.
• Operation of the fuel farm and HRS, ensuring uninterrupted airline supply in full compliance with international fuel quality control and operating standards (Joint Inspection Group – JIG).
