PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
OFC TECHNIKI S.A. has the obligation to protect the personal data of its clients, as well as any other person whose information it processes, and to safeguard the confidentiality of communications to the extent that it depends on its information systems.
The policy defines the manner in which the Company and its staff achieve compliance with these obligations.
The purpose of the Personal Data Protection Policy is:
- Compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations for the protection of personal data and the safeguarding of communication confidentiality.
- Protection of the privacy of all personal data managed by the company. The policy applies to the company’s staff and partners who have or may gain access to personal data, as well as those who may have access to or be involved in any way with the communications of its clients.
- The company processes its clients’ personal data only after informing them and obtaining their consent, as required by law.
- The company processes its employees’ personal data only for reasons related to their job performance.
- The company does not transfer or disclose its clients’ information to third parties, except pursuant to a judicial or prosecutorial order or as required by law. In all other cases, explicit consent from the data subject is required.
- The processing of data related to the company’s clients is done only for purposes related to the provision of services to them.
- The collection of personal data is limited to the data necessary for the fulfillment of the company’s contractual and legal obligations.
- Clients have the right to request the correction of personal data that is false or inaccurate.
- The company does not monitor or record the content of its clients’ communications.
The policy is mandatory and constitutes an integral part of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) that is applied, and everyone who works for or collaborates with the company is obligated to contribute to the protection of personal data.
